金骆驼酒醇厚风格的成因

摘    要:在继承传统清香型白酒酿造技艺的基础上,借鉴并吸收其他香型白酒的工艺优势,进行技术创新,经科学勾调,生产出醇厚风格的金骆驼酒。该酒在自然、舒适的基础上,增加了口感的馥郁、柔顺、绵甜和细腻,形成了"醇厚"风格的清香型白酒。(陶然)

Abstract:Golden camel liquor of mellow and full-bodied style was produced through the inheritance of traditional Fen-flavor liquor production techniques and the reference of technical superiorities of liquor of other flavor types.The liquor has mellow and soft taste and belongs to Fen-flavor liquor of mellow and full-bodied styles.
