| 摘 要： | 德育工作在大学生的教育中占据着十分重要的位置,德育工作直接影响到大学生的成长过程。从创新的视角,剖析了大学生思想品德教育的现状,提出了以人为本、顺应大学德育工作的时代脉搏、与学生建立平等的师生关系、在交往中提升大学生的整体素质和加强大学生的自我教育等德育新思路。

| Abstract: | Morality education, which holds a vital position in education on college students, has a direct impact upon the healthy development of them. With a point of view of innovation, the current situation of morality education on college students are profoundly analyzed. Some measures of carrying out morality edueation as upholding a human-oriented principle, meeting the actual needs of contemporary morality education on college students, building an equal relationship between teachers and students, enhancing the overall quality of college students in communication and reinforcing their self-education, etc. are proposed. |
