摘    要:冷却水管在碾压混凝土施工中极易受到破坏,通过系统分析复杂施工过程中碾压混凝土冷却水管损坏与位移,归纳总结了在施工过程中可能造成冷却水管破坏的风险因素。将这些因素通过不同工况进行分析,计算得出冷却水管损坏与移位情况。将研究所用方法应用于实际工程,通过计算分析冷却水管的位移及最大压应力,为冷却水管的定位铺设和外观保护提供了理论参考。

Abstract:As the water-cooling pipe is prone to be damaged during RCC construction,the risk factors those possibly causing the damage of the cooling-water pipe during the construction are summarized herein through a systematical analysis made on both the damage and displacement of the RCC cooling-water pipe during the complicated construction,and then the damage and displacement of the cooling-water pipe are calculated as well. Applied the study result to the actual project,some theoretical references for positioning and placing the cooling-water pipe as well as the protection of its appearance are provided through the calculation and analysis made on the displacement and the maximum compressive stress.
