大型活动安全风险评估系统建设研究

随着我国经济文化逐步发展,大型活动数量越来越多,规模也越来越大,其举办过程存在的安全问题也日益凸显,引起人们重视。因此有必要建立有效的安全风险评估方法事先对举办单位进行甄选,并在此基础上,利用网络通讯和应用管理平台,研究开发以接待评估活动举办过程中存在风险因素可能性和严重性的信息管理系统,供评估机构进行遴选。本文以大型活动安全评估为基本研究对象,通过阅读文献提出假设,通过调查问卷和德尔菲法分析大型活动主要风险因素,阐述建立大型活动风险因素指标体系以及信息化系统建设主要内容,为相关平台构建提供参考。

Research on Construction of Security Risk Assessment System of Large-scale Activities

With the rapid development of China's socio-economic and culture,more and more large-scale activities are held in major cities in China,its get bigger and its easy to find the dangerous of its holding.Its necessary to select the sponsor and assess the risk of Large-scale Activities and set up the corresponding management information system for the assessment agency.The article takes the large-scale activities as the basic research object,makes assumption by reading the document,analyses the main factors of influencing the safety risk of this large-scale activity by using questionnaire and Delphi method and sets up safety assessment index system and main contents of system construction.Corresponding suggestions also have been made accordingly order to meet the application requirements of students,a mobile client browser is developed.
