白酒产业集聚与生态效率的动态关系研究

摘    要:白酒产业通过区域集聚转型升级,其对生态环境的永续发展有重要影响。借助系统动力学的因果关系图梳理白酒产业集聚-生态环境系统的内在关系,利用系统广义矩估计的计量方法对2003-2017年我国28个省份的面板数据进行分析,探究白酒产业集聚与生态效率之间的动态关系。研究发现,白酒产业集聚度和生态效率在时序上总体呈波动上升态势,各地区集聚水平和生态效率水平不高且存在空间异质性。白酒产业集聚有益于提高对资源的利用率和对生态的保护力度,同时人口总量、富裕程度、技术创新和环境规制也对生态效率产生作用。从而为白酒产业和生态环境的可持续发展,提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract:The transformation and upgrading of Baijiu (Chinese liquor) industry through regional agglomeration has an important impact on the sustainable development of the ecological environment. The internal relationship between Baijiu industry agglomeration and ecological environment system was sorted out by the causal relationship diagram of system dynamics. The panel data of 28 provinces in China from 2003 to 2017 were analyzed by using the System Generalized Method of Moments to explore the dynamic relationship between Baijiu industry agglomeration and ecological efficiency. The results showed that the Baijiu industry agglomeration degree and the ecological efficiency fluctuated and rose in time series, and the level of regional agglomeration and ecological efficiency was not high and had spatial heterogeneity. The Baijiu industry agglomeration was beneficial to improve the utilization of resources and the protection of ecology. At the same time, the total population, affluence, technological innovation and environmental regulation also had an effect on ecological efficiency. Therefore, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the sustainable development of Baijiu industry and ecological environment.
