摘    要:对于复杂井的酸化作业,许多缓蚀剂表现出较差的抗高温能力,缓蚀性能不好。如果通过增加缓蚀剂用量来增强缓蚀剂对井下管柱的保护作用,不仅会增加酸化作业成本,而且还会对酸化效果产生不利影响。同时,一些缓蚀剂与地层离子不相容,常常引起对地层的伤害问题。因此,亟需开发出与地层离子相容性好、能抗高温、缓蚀性能好的缓蚀剂。文中以油酸、二乙烯三胺为主要原料,通过缩合脱水反应合成了一种油酸咪唑啉。将该油酸咪唑啉与甲醛、表面活性剂LSN、OP-10和有机溶剂T进行复配,制备出了一种抗高温的酸化用缓蚀剂,并对缓蚀剂的酸溶性、与地层离子的相容性、缓蚀性能等进行了评价。评价结果表明:该缓蚀剂的酸溶性较好,与地层离子有很好的相容性,能抗高温,在盐酸和土酸中均表现出了优良的缓蚀性能。

Abstract:Taking the oleic acid and the diethylenetriamine as raw material, the oleic acid imidazoline was synthesized, through duplicate matches with the formaldehyde, surface active agent LSN, OP-10 and the organic solvent T, prepared one kind of anti-high temperature acidification corrosion inhibitor. The performances of the corrosion inhibitor were appraised by using the static state coupon weightlessness method. The experimental results indicated that, this corrosion inhibitor has good acid-soluble, good compatibility with the stratum ions, good corrosion mitigation effect, and can anti-high temperature.
