摘    要:介绍VSAT卫星通信的特点,认为建设卫星通信需要采用我国控股的具备C波段和Ku波段的卫星,提出建设主站、建设中心站、建设远端站和利用运营商主站4种卫星通信网建设方式并从技术和经济上进行比较。最后给出电网卫星通信建设实例。

Abstract:The characteristics of VSAT satellite communication are introduced. When building a satellite communication, one should select a Chinese controlled satellite with C/Ku waveband. 4 construcion models of satellite communication, such as building primary station, central station, remote station and renting a primary station, are proposed and compared technically and economically. An example of satellite communication construction for electric power grid is presented.
