盲槽孔板的设计及加工方法探讨

摘    要:本文主要针对盲槽产品的制作流程及加工方法的控制作探讨,盲槽孔主要是利用已经钻好槽孔板和PP与另一张板进行压合形成。压合盲槽板时PP上所钻的槽孔大小设计/品质及PP本身流胶量严重影响成品盲槽的品质,本次主要以影响盲槽孔品质的几个因素作实验层别:PP槽孔大小分别比成品槽孔单边大0.4mm、0.6mm、0.8mm;PP厚度15mil 3张;Pp铣槽孔时叠板数为6、9、12。结论:PP槽孔单边大0.8mm最优,15mil厚的PP铣板叠板数9张时铣出的PP压合后槽孔品质符合要求,叠板数越少铣槽的效果越好;介层总厚度相同时,PP选用的张数越少压合时流胶越少,盲槽孔孔形越好。

Biscuss design and processing method of blind slot Board
Abstract:Discussed the control of the production flow and the processing method for blind slot product. The blind slot hole was that using the board that had been drilled and another board with PP to be pressed formed blind slot hole. When the blind slot board was pressed, the size of hole in the PP/quality and the lining flux quantity had a strong impact on the quality of the finish blind slot hole. This paper discussed the factors that effected the quality of the blind slot hole ,the factors were :the quantity that was 0.4mm,0.6mm,0.8mm for the size of the hole in PP decreasing the single side of the slot hole; the thickness thatwas 1.5mi1"3 pieces ; the number for the PP piled up that was that when the thickness was 1.5mil,the number was 6,9,12;The conclusion was: when the quantity that was 0.8mm for the size of the hole in PP decreasing the single side of the slot hole, it was the best situation; when used 9 pieces of PP that the thickness was 1.5mil to be pressed the quality was the best, andthe pieces of PP was fewness, the quality was the better; when the medium layer was the small, using more fewer pieces of PP, the lining flux quantity was less, the shape of the blind slot hole was better.
