| 摘 要： | 评述了有机EL屏制作技术问题，有机EL显示器是由几种技术综合制成的，例如，IC驱动技术、ITO前期处理及阴极形成技术等，介绍了全色OEL显示屏制作工艺技术、各类显示屏的性能比较及应用前的试验与处理等。
