管线钢用铁水预脱硫效果研究

摘    要:通过试验对管线铜用铁水预脱硫后的效果进行分析,得出了回硫是转炉冶炼管线钢中硫的重要影响因素;铁水包中出铁前加入固硫剂,喷吹镁颗粒完后加入聚渣剂,使得预处理后的顶渣渣系具备了固硫吸硫条件,并且扒渣效果良好,可以有效防止回硫.

Abstract:The effect of pre-desulphurization of hot metal for pipeline steel was analyzed. And it is shown that resulphurization is a major factor for the sulphur content of pipeline steel by converter. The following methods can effectively prevent the resulphurization, adding the sulphur-fixing agent before tapping, and adding slag conglomeration agent after spraying granulated magnesium, both of which make top slag have good sulphur absorption after pretreatment and good removal effect of slag.
