| 摘 要： | 商品房预售制度具有法律上的不平等性和经济上的垄断性，其负面效应日益受到人们的关注，2005年人民银行甚至提出取消商品房预售的建议。笔者从完善商品房制度的目的出发。对商品房预售制度中的相关问题进行了探讨。 |
