| Abstract: | The lattice Boltzmann method is a numerical scheme based on kinetic theory for modeling viscous flows. Particle equilibrium distribution functions are important physical quantities in the lattice Boltzmann method. In this paper, an approach of calculating the particle equilibrium distributions by Chapman-Enskog expansion is presented. |
