塔河油田YK7CH双台阶水平井固井技术

摘    要:
塔河油田三叠系油藏储层埋深在4000m以下,油层薄且不连续,开发难度大,实施双台阶水平井技术可连续钻穿非连续的薄油层,开发一切可利用的资源,大大提高油气开发效益。作为塔河油田第一口双台阶水平井,YK7CH井气层尾管固井要求对两个水平段进行有效封固,创新采用了准177.8mm套管+准139.7mm套管+准139.7mm筛管的复合尾管固井工艺技术。其固井作业存在水平段长,且为双台阶井眼,管串附件较为复杂,固井管串到位困难,管串居中度难以得到保证,水泥浆顶替效率很难提高,气层显示活跃,易气窜等技术难点。为此优化了固井管串结构,合理设计了扶正器的安放位置,优选了防气窜水泥浆体系,并采取相应的技术措施,保证了该井固井管串的顺利到位和良好的居中度,以及固井施工作业的顺利完成,固井质量优秀,为塔河油田双台阶水平井固井技术积累了经验。
