青岛炼化蜡油加氢装置流程模拟及优化

摘    要:应用Aspen Plus软件,对青岛炼化3.2Mt/a蜡油加氢装置进行流程模拟,得到与实际工况相吻合的稳态流程模拟模型,通过对模型进行综合分析,以节能优化和经济效益最大化为目标,对分馏塔侧线抽出量及分馏加热炉出口温度进行操作参数优化,降低全厂柴汽比,年增产汽油7000t。以汽油与柴油差价300元/t折算,优化操作后,每年可多创造经济效益270万元。加氢装置高压空冷器运行工况具有高温高压、油气(氢气)、水三相混合的工艺特点,根据装置实际生产数据以及化验分析数据(主要用来计算NH3浓度),应用流程模拟软件自带的物性方法,对该装置高压空气冷却器进行模拟,准确计算出高压空冷器的物流腐蚀系数,以模拟数据为指导,提出腐蚀预防措施,主要包括:根据原料氮含量,调整注水量;保证缓蚀剂的加入量,减少NH4HS的结垢与沉积。

Abstract:Using the Aspen Plus software,technicians established a steady-state process simulation model reflecting the actual operating conditions of Sinopec Qingdao Refining Corporation′s 3.2Mt/a wax oil hydrofining unit.In order to save energy and maximize economic benefits,these technicians optimized operating parameters for the output of side streams from the fractionation column and the temperature at the outlet of the fractionation heating furnace and reduced the company′s diesel/gasoline ratio.Gasoline production rose by 7,000 tons per year.Assuming there is a 300 yuan/t price differential between gasoline and diesel fuel,through the optimization,annual revenues from the unit could rise by 2.7 million yuan.The operation of the high-pressure air cooler of a hydrofining unit is characterized by high temperature,high pressure and oil,gas(hydrogen) and water three phase blending.Based on the above unit′s actual production data and assay data(primarily used for calculating NH3 concentration) and the property method incorporated in the process simulation software,these technicians modeled the high-pressure air cooler of the unit and accurately calculated the logistics corrosion coefficient of the air cooler.Based on data from the simulation,they proposed anti-corrosion measures,including adjusting the volume of water injected according to the content of nitrogen in the feedstock,ensuring the amount of corrosion inhibitor added and reducing the scaling and deposition of NH4HS.
