复合塔板上气液穿孔流动测试方法

摘    要:开发了多路电导测试系统,用于复合塔气液穿孔流动的研究。在开孔率20%的复合塔板上,布置了86路电导探针,在多种操作状态下,详细测定了通气、通液、阻塞筛孔数所占的分率以随气液流量变化的情况。为复合塔板气液流动规律的分析和结构改进提供了新的依据。

Abstract:A new multi-pass conductometer system has been developed for researching the behavior of the gas and liquid flowing through the holes on the compound tray. 86 pairs of conductivity probes were employed to investigate the fractions of holes for flowing gas, flowing liquid and blocked on the compound tray with 20% free area under different gas flow rates and liquid flow rates. The multi-pass conductometer system provides a new tool for analyzing the behavior of the gas and liquid flowing through the holes on the compound tray and for improving the structure of the compound tray.
