摘    要:含氟聚酰亚胺是一类重要的高性能聚合物材料,因其突出的物理化学性质、光学和电学性能以及气体选择透过性等被广泛应用于电子工业、光波通讯、航空航天以及气体分离材料等领域。文章着重介绍了含氟聚酰亚胺的研究进展,同时简述含氟聚酰亚胺结构性能及应用。

Abstract:Fluoro-containing polyimides are well known as materials of high performance,especially physical and chemical properties,optical properties,electrical properties,gas permeability and so on.They are widely used in the microelectronics,optical waveguide,aerospace,gas separation and other high technological industries.Research progress of fluoro-containing polyimides is introduced in this article.At the same time,the structure,properties and application of fluoro-containing polyimides are also discussed.
