摘    要:本文利用微波消解处理样品,采用ICP-MS法测定茶叶及其浸泡液中稀土的含量。通过实验对消解条件及ICP-MS测定条件进行优化选择。检测限为:0.0011~0.0037ng/mL,测定下限:0.0043~0.012ng/mL,回收率:96%~103%;RSD:1.4%~4.4%。茶叶浸泡2h后溶液中稀土总量已经达到平衡,浸泡液中稀土总量远低于茶叶中稀土总量。

Abstract:In this paper,the sample was dissolved using microwave digestion,determination of total content of rare earth in tea and its soaking solution by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The detection limit was 0.0011ng/mL-0.0037ng/mL,the quantification limit was 0.0043ng/mL-0.012ng/mL;the recovery was 96%-103%and RSD was 1.4%-4.4%.After the tea soaked 2h,the total content of rare earth in the solution reached equilibrium,which was far less than the tea.
