基于棉纤维的微流控通道装置的研制与应用

摘    要:研制了一种基于棉纤维的线段微流控分离/分析通道装置,包括支架、加样系统、储液装置以及微流控线端固定器,可自由灵活组合,以适应各种实验需要的微流控分离/分析通道,并可控制液体流速,满足多通道进样的微流控分离/分析体系。应用于单通道混合染料分离、"Y"型通道测定土壤样品和水样中亚硝酸根含量以及复合线三通道同时测定土壤样品中铜和锌的含量,结果令人满意。自制的微流控通道装置制作成本低、携带方便、实用性强。

Abstract:A thread-based microfluidic channel device was firstly designed and manufactured by ourselves.The device is composed of a support,loading systems,reservoir devices and a microfluidic terminal fixer.They can be assembled and moved freely,and fit any microfluidic pattern and the wicking rate of the fluid can be controlled.This microfluidic channel device was applied to the separation of mixed dyes by single channel,the determination of nitrite in soil and water by Y-shaped channel and the simultaneous determination of copper and zinc in soil by triple-channel.The self-made microfluidic device is low-cost and portable.
