铸铜合金水龙头阀体开裂原因分析

摘    要:通过扫描电镜和金相检验方法观察铸铜水龙头阀体裂纹宏观及微观形貌,检测其化学成分、硬度等,探讨水龙头阀体开裂原因。结果表明,水龙头阀体开裂是由于存在过热造成的晶粒粗大、魏氏组织、铸造疏松等缺陷引起的脆性开裂。通过控制浇注温度,加快冷却速度,可避免裂纹的产生,提高阀体的质量。

Abstract:The macrostructure and microstructure of cracked cast copper alloy tap valve were obseverd by SEM and OM, and the chemical composition and hardness were analyzed. The results show that the cracking of the tap valve is brittle crack, which is due to overheat to cause the formation of defects, such as coarse grains, Widmanstatten structure and porosity. The crack can be avoided by controlling casting temperature and the cooling rate.
