基于数字样机技术的全断面掘进机仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了数字样机技术。针对目前全断面掘进机的市场应用背景,讨论了它的工作原理并进行受力分析。以某EPB型土压平衡式全断面掘进机为例建立数字样机,并进行了工作过程的运动学仿真。运用CATIA的有限元分析功能,对掘进机中重要部件进行了结构分析和动态特性分析。
