摘    要:根据风光互补的特点及路灯控制的要求,提出了以AVR单片机为核心控制的路灯控制器方案.系统介绍了基于ATmega 8的控制器硬件结构及软件设计,并对风力发电、光伏发电的最大功率跟踪及蓄电池充放电的控制策略进行了详细阐述.为了验证系统的有效性,在硬件电路基础上进行了试验,结果证实了该系统的安全性和可靠性,并成功运用到600VA的风光互补路灯控制系统中.

Abstract:A scheme is proposed for street light's controller based on AVR control,according to wind-solar hyb-rid characteristic and street light's control.The system presents hardware structure and sofeware design of the controller based on ATmega 8,and analyzes the control strategy of wind generation's MPPT,photo-voltaic generation's MPPT,and battery charging.The sysytem performance is evaluated by the experiments on real circuit.The results show that the controller increases the system's safety and reliability,and is successfully applied to 3000VA wind-solar hybrid street light's controlled system.
