| 摘 要： | 通过研究芳纶纤维表面涂覆层的组成与涂覆层胶膜力学性能的关系,探讨了影响芳纶纤维涂覆层力学性能的因素,提出了适于芳纶纤维表面处理的间苯二酚甲醛胶乳(RFL)处理剂配方,并讨论了环氧树脂乳液、聚氨酯乳液和丙烯酸酯乳液对RFL胶膜的性能影响。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the influence of the coating composition on the mechanic properties of aromatic polyamideimide fiber(Kevlar fiber),the paper compares different coating components and analyzes their effects on the properties of resorcinol-formaldehyde latex(RFL) film.The result shows when RFL with R/F mole ratio is(1.8 and RF/L is 18/100,the composition will be suitable for coating aromatic polyamideimide fiber.Furthermore,the effect of epoxy emulsion and polyurathane emulsion mixed with RF resin and other latex on RFL's stress-strain behaviour and RFL film storage life are also discussed. |
