某碳质金精矿石硫合剂法浸出试验研究

摘    要:采用石硫合剂对某碳质金精矿进行了浸出金试验,考察了焙烧时间、焙烧温度、浸出时间及浸出温度等因素对金浸出率的影响。试验研究结果表明,焙烧时间和焙烧温度是影响金浸出率的关键因素。当焙烧时间3 h,焙烧温度600℃时,金精矿中的金可被石硫合剂溶液有效浸出;当浸出时间为5 h,浸出温度为50℃时,浸出率明显升高。在最佳浸出条件下,金浸出率最高可达到96%。

Abstract:the process of leaching carbonaceous gold by LSSS is studied several parameters,that is roasting time,roasting temperature,leaching time and leaching temperature.Tests show roasting time and temperature are key factors that determine leaching rate.With 3h roasting time and 600 ℃ roasting temperature,gold can be effectively leached by LSSS from gold concentrates.With 5h leaching time and 50 ℃ leaching temperature,leaching rate obviously rises.With optimum conditions,gold leaching rate can reach 96 %.
