硅酸盐钻井液技术现状和发展趋势

摘    要:
介绍了硅酸盐钻井液60余年的发展历程,对80年代中期以来出现的硅酸盐聚合物钻井液、植物胶—硅酸盐钻井液、硅酸盐—硼凝胶钻井液及混合金属硅酸盐钻井液四种体系的配方及性能特点进行了分析。国内外的现场应用表明,该钻井液具有良好的井眼稳定性,且无毒、无荧光,能显著降低钻井液成本,具有广阔的发展应用前景。

Status and Development of Silicate Drilling Fluid
Abstract:
The advances of silicate drilling fluid in sixty years are introduced.This paper analyses the formulations and properties of the four drilling fluid systems emerging in mid 80s,that are silicate polymer drilling fluid,natural plant gum & silicate drilling fluid,silicate & boron gel drilling system and mixed metal silicate drilling fluid.Field applications in China and abroad show that this drilling fluid system can keep hole stability.It is also nonpoisonous and nonfluorescence.So it can obviously reduce drilling fluid cost and has wide applied prospect.
