| 摘 要： | 对信息系统建设工作中的几个问题展开了探讨。分别对里程碑的制定、成本控制和管理的沉淀等三个信息系统建设过程的重要环节做了详细的阐述,充分说明了这几个环节在信息系统建设过程中并行处置的重要性。
