摘    要:
为解决工业控制系统中日渐复杂的控制系统逻辑结构问题,以“矿热炉微机智能控制系统”为背景,提出了嵌入式Linux应用于现代工业控制系统中一个比较完整的解决方案,给出了该系统的整体设计及各个组成部分的实现,并且指出了嵌入式系统应用于工业控制领域需要注意的细节问题,目前系统在试验平台上经过测试,运行稳定可靠,抗干扰性强,整个控制流程可以在100ms内完成,完全满足该系统对软实时的要求。

Abstract:
In order to solve gradual intricate logical structure of control system in the industrial control system, based on the whose name is "mine -hot oven intelligent control system integrated with micro -computer", this article introduces a complete solution plan of embedded linux which is applied to the modern industrial control system. This article has an detailed introduction of the design plan of the whole system and the implements of every part as well, moreover it issues some problems which are maybe present in the embedded system when it's used in the industry control field. At present this system runs stably and has strong anti-jamming performance and the whole control flow can be finished within 100ms which is enough for the soft real-time demand of the system.
