大孔球形纤维素阴离子交换树脂PSC-AN的制备及表征

以自制的大孔球形纤维素为原料,制备大孔球形纤维素阴离子交换树脂PSC-AN,并对其结构和性能进行研究。扫描电镜测定表明,所制备的PSC-AN有较为规整的球形结构和较大的孔径。PSC-AN的红外光谱显示,环氧化后,PSC的环氧基特征峰消失,证实其参与了环氧化反应。通过环氧纤维素的胺化,制取了含有苯环的大孔球形阴离子交换树脂PSC-AN。测得其粒径为0.45 mm,总交换容量为1.04 mmol/L。

The Preparation and Characterization of Spherical Macroporous Cellulosic Anion Exchanger

Protein of spherical macroporous cellulosic anion exchanger（PSC-AN） was synthesized by macroporous cellulosic beads.The structure and properties of the exchanger（PSC-AN） were also tested.It was seen from the SEM characterization results that the preparation of PSC-AN had a more structured spherical structure and a larger aperture.It can be indicated from the IR characterization data of PSC-AN,after epoxidation,characteristic peaks of epoxy group of PSC disappeared,confirming that they were involved in the epoxidation.Through amination of epoxy cellulose,a big holespherical anion exchange resin PSC-AN containing benzene was prepared.Measuring that the size of particle was 0.45 mm,the total exchange capacity was 1.04 mmol/L.
