轨道交通综合体对城市商业空间结构演变的影响研究

轨道交通综合体作为转型期新商业空间类型之一,对城市商业空间结构产生了很大影响。本文通过对轨道交通综合体的概念辨析与特征分析,提出它影响城市商业空间结构演变的两个动力因子:节点集聚因子和场所扩散因子。举例分析了在动力因子影响下城市商业业态和商业网络的新变化。最后从节点功能、场所功能两个层面给出轨道交通综合体发展的建议。旨在为轨道交通建设与城市商业空间结构的发展研究提供参考。

The Study on the Effects of Rail Transit Complex upon the Evolution of Urban Commercial Spatial Structure

Rail transit comptex is one of the new types of commercial space in the transition time and it has great effects on the urban commercial spatial structure. First, the article explains the definition of the rail transit complex, anatyzes its features and puts forward the reasons why it can affect the evolution of urban commercial spatial structure. The reasons are node cluster and site spread. Then, the article analyzes the new features of retait formats and retail networks because of the two reasons. At last, it raises some suggestions on the development of the rail transit complex from the node functions and site functions. All of these are to give some advice on the rail transit construction and the development of urban commercial spatial structure.
