| 摘 要： | 施工进度控制是水利工程项目管理的重要内容,不仅直接关系到工程项目建设的工期和成本,也间接影响着工程建设的质量。本文对当前影响水利工程施工进度的风险因素进行分析,结合工程实例,有针对性地提出水利工程施工进度风险控制的具体策略。

| Abstract: | Construction progress control is an important content in water conservancy project management.It is not only related to project construction duration and cost directly,but also influences the quality of project construction indirectly.In the paper,risk factors affect the construction progress of water conservancy projects at present are analyzed.Engineering examples are combined for proposing targeted concrete strategies to control construction progress risk in water conservancy projects. |
