南城子水库大坝安全管理保障信息系统建设探析

本文结合南城子水库除险加固应急工程建设需求,考虑到汛期洪水可能对水库防洪安全和大坝稳定造成的恶劣影响,将水文遥测、大坝监测、防汛会商等技术应用于水库安全管理保障信息体系中,集成预报、预警、分析、管理、会商等安全管理保障体系,实现水库安全的硬件监测支撑和软件应用平台服务的管理目标。

Exploration and analysis on the construction of dam safety management guarantee information system in Nanchengzi Reservoir

In the paper,the construction demands of Nanchengzi Reservoir risk removal and consolidation emergency project are combined.The possible influences of flood during flood season on reservoir flood control safety and dam stability is considered.Hydrological telemetry,dam monitoring,flood control consultation and other techniques are applied in reservoir safety management guarantee information system.It is on all-in-one system which including forecasting,early warning,analysis,management,consultation,etc.The management targets of reservoir safety hardware monitoring support and software application platform service are realized.
