摘    要:根据构建虚拟仪器系统的基本原则,应用GPIB总线技术,将数字集成电路测试系统和程控高精度数字表结合起来,建立了一个完整的DAC虚拟仪器测试系统.虚拟仪器技术的应用不仅充分利用已有资源,而且增加测试能力,降低成本.在LabVIEW环境下完成了测试系统软件的前面板及后台图形化控制程序的设计,使其与硬件系统一起完成测试任务.

Abstract:A complete digital-to-analog converter virtual instrument test system is established by combining a digital integrated circuit test system with a programming controlled high accuracy digital multimeter based on the principle of constructing the virtual instrument and the application of GPIB interface technology. The application of virtual instrument technology is not only to take full advantage of current resources but also to append the capabilities of measurement and to lower costs. Under the LabVIEW environment, the front panel and background graphical program of the virtual instrument test system is successfully designed, and can work with hardware to achieve the test task.
