摘    要:针对目前确定卸载时机的沉降速率法存在的缺点,推导得到沉降速率与工后沉降的关系式,论证成层地基也可采用沉降速率法,提出可以考虑超载、欠载、次固结等因素并适用于复合地基的确定沉降速率卸载标准的方法,试验结果和工程实践表明所推导的关系是正确的。

Abstract:There are some shortcomings with present settlement velocity method to decide unloading time.Relation between settlement velocity and post-construction settlement is deduced.It is testified that the settlement velocity method is suitable for multi-layer ground.A new method to determine unloading criterion of settlement velocity is advanced.This method can take overload,undercharge,secondary consolidation into account and is suitable for composite foundation.Experiments and engineering practices show that the method is right.
