摘    要:
电力需求侧管理(DSM)是一项涉及政府、电力企业和用户的系统工程。以国内外需求侧管理取得的经验和良好效果为依据,对电力需求侧管理的涵义、可行性、技术手段、当前实施需求侧管理存在的问题及解决对策作了研究和探讨,如果能够切实加强电力需求侧管理,实行有效的技术和政策支持,就完全可以合理利用现有电力容量缓解全国电力供需矛盾的不利局面。

Abstract:
Power demand side management (DSM) is a system engineering involving government, power enterprise and customer. Based on the experience and the better results obtained in DSM domestic and international, the connotation, feasibility, technical means of power DSM and the problems existing while fulfilling DSM at present and countermeasures were researched and discussed in the paper. If DSM is actually strengthened, and if the effective technique and police's support is given, the unfavorable situation of the national power demand and supply contradiction can be solved by taking better use of electric capacity national at present.
