陶瓷器件的快速原型制造技术研究进展

摘    要:简要介绍了快速原型制造技术的发展历史和特点,对复杂结构陶瓷件快速成型技术,如分层实体制造、熔化沉积造型、选取激光烧结、三维印刷、喷墨打印等的工艺和特点进行了评述。并讨论了目前存在的问题及快速原型制造技术在陶瓷领域的发展方向。

Abstract:The history and character of the rapid prototyping manufacturing were briefly introduced,and the rapid prototyping technology about ceramic with complex structure was discussed,such as Laminated Object Manufacturing, Fused Deposition Modeling, Selective Laser Sintering,Three Dimensional Printing and Ink Jet Printing in the paper. The several present problems and the future researches of RPM in ceramic fields were discussed finally.
