摘    要:针对企业电路板等板件钻削加工特点,结合Z512钻床现有条件,确定了钻床的数控化改造方案,介绍了机械部分的改造设计、控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计.改造后的钻床提高了加工效率和加工精度,取得了较好的应用效果.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of drilling circuit boards and the present condition of Z512 drilling machine, the rebuilding method of it was introduced, including the selection and design of its mechanical section, the design of software and hardware of the numerical control system. The accuracy and efficiency of work-pieces were improved and the application effects are good after rebuilding.
