摘    要:分析了中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司延迟焦化装置部分设备产生腐蚀的原因并提出了相应预防措施。结果表明,加热炉、分馏塔、储罐容器和换热器存在不同程度的腐蚀,辐射炉管中发生的腐蚀为硫化腐蚀和高温氧化爆皮;分馏塔塔盘腐蚀产物全部为硫化铁,Fe7S8,Fe3S4质量分数分别为53.8%,26.6%;腐蚀主要由高温氧化、硫化氢、含硫污泥堆积等因素引起;主要防腐措施为严控原料的含盐量、设备材质选用耐腐蚀性材料、使用缓蚀剂等。

Abstract:The reasons for the corrosion occurred in some equipment of a delayed coking unit were analyzed,and the corresponding preventive measures were proposed in Luoyang Branch,SINOPEC.The results showed that the heating furnace,fractionator,tanks and heat exchangers were corroded to different degree,the corrosion occurred in radiant furnace tubes was due to sulfurization and oxidation at high temperature.All the corrosion products on the trays of fractionator were distinguished as ferric sulfide,in which the mass fraction of Fe7S8 was 53.8%,and of Fe3S4 26.6%.The corrosion occurred in the equipment was caused by the factors of the oxidation at high temperature,hydrogen sulfide and the deposition of sulfur containing sludge.The main corrosion proof measures included the strict control of the salt content in raw materials,the selection of corrosion resistant materials for corresponding equipment and the utilization of corrosion inhibitors.
