加热钢坯内部温度的计算机模拟

摘    要:钢坯在加热炉加热时其内部的温度变化是一个重要参数,但目前只能测量钢坯表面温度,无法测量钢坯内部温度。因此,计算机模拟成为一个重要的手段。开发了一针对板坯加热炉的温度模型,并介绍了其应用实例。该模型有助于加热制度的工艺优化。

Abstract:How to determine the slab internal temperature during reheating is a major concern for steel industry, but at present, it is only possible to measure the surface temperature of the slab, almost impossible to get its internal temperature directly, so, computer simulation become an important method to do this work.A thermal model for the slab furnace has been developed and adopted to analyse one realistic reheating furnace, based on this thermal model, three upgraded methods have been analyzed too. This model is helpful for production optimization of the reheating furnace.
