1,2—聚丁二烯硫化胶的热氧老化性能及其防护体系的研究

摘    要:本文研究了国产1,2—聚丁二烯硫化胶(1,2—PB)的热氧老化性能及其防护体系,并与顺丁胶(BR)进行了比较。研究表明,1,2—PB和BR的热氧化表观活化能分别为181KJ/mol和118KJ/mol,应力松弛半衰期分别为7.12小时和0.92小时,两者的热交联表观活化能分别为221KJ/mol和238KJ/mol但~1H—NMR谱宽增长值却分别为334Hz和478Hz,说明二者的热老化交联机理有所不同。本文还考查了不同防老剂在上述两种硫化胶中的防护效果。结果表明,防老剂4020在1,2—PB中具有优异的抗热氧老化作用

Abstract:This paper dealt with the work on the thermo-oxidative behaviour and the protection of the vulcanizates of the home-made 1, 2-Polybutadiene. The resuIts showed that the thermo-oxidative reaction mechanism of the 1, 2-Polybutadiene was different with cis-butadiene rubber(BR), and that antioxidant 4020 displayed remarkable protection against thermo-oxidation of 1, 2-Polybntadiene.
