烟囱爆破拆除的数学模型及三维仿真

摘    要:分析切口形状对烟囱的爆破切口角度、切口高度及倾倒规律的影响。建立砖烟囱和钢筋混凝土烟囱选择不同切口形状时的爆破切口角度、爆破切口高度和倾倒规律的数学模型。基于此模型,采用Java 3D技术,开发出一套可以确定合理的爆破切口形状、最佳的爆破切口高度和长度以及倾倒规律的三维程序,对于烟囱拆除爆破施工具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The influence of cut shape on cut angle, cut height and collapsing rule is analyzed, and the mathematical models to determine cut angle, cut height and collapsing rule are established. Based on these models, a 3-D blasting program for determining reasonable cut angle, optimal cut angle and cut height and collapsing rule is developed by utilizing Java 3D technology. It can be used for reference in demolition blasting of chimney.
