添加纳米IrO_2的新型涂层IrO_2-Ta_2O_5钛阳极的制备及性能

摘    要:以纳米IrO2晶粒部分取代H2IrCl6分散于前躯体溶液中,以此改进工艺制备一种Ir和Ta的摩尔比为7-3的IrO2-Ta2O5涂层钛阳极,通过XRD和SEM分析所制备钛阳极表面涂层的物相组成和形貌特征,采用析O2极化曲线、循环伏安和强化寿命测试方法分别研究电极的电催化性能与稳定性。结果表明:在纳米种子嵌入电极涂层中存在的物相分别为IrO2基固溶体(Ir,Ta)O2和IrO2;与采用传统方法制备的电极相比,含纳米种子嵌入结构涂层的钛阳极具有更优越的电催化活性和耐蚀性。

Abstract:An IrO2-Ta2O5/Ti anode coating with molar ratio of Ir to Ta of 7:3 on titanium was prepared by a modified technology,in which a portion of nano-crystalline of IrO2 was introduced to replace some amount of H2IrCl6 in the precursor solution.The phase structure and morphology of the coating were analyzed by X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),respectively.The electro-catalytic properties and electrochemical stability of the coating were also characterized by using O2 evolution pol...
