摘    要:对开口箭药材中水溶性多糖超声提取工艺进行了探索。在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面分析方法建立开口箭多糖超声提取的二次响应曲面方程,考察了提取温度、超声功率、提取时间和料液比对开口箭多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,在实验范围内对开口箭多糖提取率影响程度由大到小依次为超声功率、提取时间、提取温度和料液比。开口箭多糖超声提取工艺的最佳条件为:超声功率210W、提取时间42min、提取温度80℃、料液比1:33(g:mL)。在此条件下,开口箭多糖提取率为3.771%。该方法具有用时短、提取率高等优点,可为开口箭多糖的深入研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:The optimum conditions for the ultrasonic wave extraction of polysaccharides from Tupistra chinensis Baker.were studied.On the base of single-factor experiment,an equation for the ultrasonic wave extraction of Tupistra chinensis Baker.polysaccharides was built.The effects of ultrasonic treatment temperature,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic treatment time and material to water ratio on the extraction of Tupistra chinensis Baker.polysaccharides were investigated.The results indicated that within tested level ranges,the importance of four process parameters affecting extraction yield of polysaccharides order was ultrasonic power,ultrasonic treatment time,ultrasonic treatment temperature and material to water ratio.The optimum conditions of the ultrasonic wave extraction of Tupistra chinensis Baker.polysaccharides were as follows:extraction ultrasonic power 210W,ultrasonic treatment time 42min,temperature 80℃ and the material to water ratio 1:33(g:mL),the extraction rate of Tupistra chinensis Baker.polysaccharides could be up to 3.771% under such conditions.The method is beneficial to shorten extraction time and improve extraction efficiency and consequently,providing reference for development in Tupistra chinensis Baker.
