| 摘 要： | 建立了一种能够同时快速测定烟叶及卷烟中七种主要糖类物质的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC/MS/MS)的定量分析方法。以乙腈:水(82:18)为流动相,经高效液相色谱分离,MS/MS使用多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,在18min内,可完成烟草中七种主要糖类物质的定量分析,七种糖类物质在2～100μg/mL内线性良好(r>0.999),检出限均在50.0ng/mL以内。本方法操作简便、灵敏度高、分析速度快,可以应用于烟叶及卷烟中七种主要糖类物质含量的测定。

| Abstract: | A rapid LC/MS/MS method was developed for the simultaneous determination of seven sugars in tobacco.The mobile phase of HPLC was acetonitrile/water(82:18).As to MS/MS,multi-reaction monitoring(MRM)scan was employed,and a complete analysis could be finished in 18min.The calibration curves for seven analytes were linear in the range from 2μg/mL to 100μg/mL.The method was shown to be rapid,accurate,robust and convenient,and it could be applied to the measurement of seven sugar concentrations in tobacco and cigarette with satisfactory results. |
