分光光度法测定异丙苯中的苯酚含量

摘    要:采用4-氨基安替比林分光光度法测定异丙苯中的苯酚含量,通过优化试剂用量、pH值和显色时间等,确定本方法的最佳测定条件,试样反应后吸光度值至少在8h内保持不变,反应产物十分稳定。本方法快速、便于操作,方法精密度及加标回收率均令人满意。

Abstract:This method is about the use of 4-aminoantipyrine as a reagent for determination of the phenol content in Isopropylbenzen by spectrometer.By optimizing the testing wavelenth、reagent amount、pH、reaction time and so on to obtain the suitable testing condition.The result of reaction is stable and unchangeable for more than 8 hours.The method is rapid and easy to operate and has a high sensitivity for the phenol.The precise and accuration is satisfied.The method can be used for routine analysis during the process of production and trade.
