摘    要:
报道了大港油田滨海污水站回收原油的组成和形态结构,油膜电学牧场生,热沉降特性,乳化特性及对原油破乳脱水的影响,讨论了污油的处理方式。污水回收油乳性能良好,乳状液对热稳定,不易破解脱水,加入污水回收油的原油脱水性能变坏,最好单独进行脱水处理。

Abstract:
The complex composition and dispersion structure of the reclaimed crude oil from Binhai water treating plant in Dagang are determined by centrifuge method and group analysis. Its electric characteristics(resistivity, capacitance, and breakdown voltage), resistance to thermal dehydration, emulsifiability, and influence on dehydration of crude oil by demulsifiers are measured and investigated. It is shown that the reclaimed crude oil is well emulsifible, thermally stable and poorly breakable, the crude oil with the reclaimed oil introduced becomes less breakable and dehydratible. The reclaimed oil in large amount is recommended to be treated separately.
