CYY443─—146导斜封隔器及管柱的研制与应用

一般的导斜器靠水泥固定,尾管支撑,施工麻烦,作业时间长,且不能在套管任意位置固定和开窗侧钻。据此,四川石油管理局井下作业处研制了一种新型ＣＹＹ４４３—１４６导斜封隔器和与之配套的坐封及丢手工艺管柱。着重叙述了该型封隔器及管柱的设计要点、工作原理和主要技术参数,简述了导斜封隔器整体性能和弹爪丢手装置承受拉力及丢手的室内和现场试验情况。川西南矿区４口井的井下试验表明,导斜封隔器及管柱结构简单,承压能力高,坐封可靠,组装和施工方便,能在套管任意位置坐封和开窗侧钻,现场施工成功率达１００％。

Development and application of Model CYY443-146whipstock packer and string

In the light of the problems with normal methods of placing a whipstock in a side tracked hole, Model CYY443- 146 packer and matching setting and releasing string are improved. The design features, working principle and main technical parameters of the packer and string are described, and lab test and field test are made. The packer is character ized by simple structure, reliable setting, easy installation and high adaptability. By applying the setting and releasing string, the whipstock can be placed reliably and permanently in any desired position in a cased hole for side-tracking op eration. Field operation shows that good effect has been achieved by using Model CYYM3-146 packer.
