摘    要:以某炼油厂10万m3/h(标准工况)制氢转化炉辐射段管系为研究对象,采用ANSYS建立了转化炉辐射段的空间管系有限元模型,通过对转化炉结构冷态安装工况与热态操作工况的分析,得到了各部件的应力分布与变形情况,并通过局部结构子模型实体单元建模的方法,对入口总管与支管连接处的三通结构进行了详细分析,通过应力分类法对各部件进行了强度评定。

Abstract:The finite element model of spatial piping element conversion furnace radiant section was built with ANSYS, taking a 10 × 10^4 m3/h hydrogen manufacturing conversion furnace (standard condition) as subject of study. The stress distribution and deformation in each test item was obtained by analyzing the structure of conversion furnace cold installation conditions and the thermal state operating conditions. Furthermore, by method of the local structure sub model en- tity unit, the tee joint of the entrance to line pipe and branch pipe was close analyzed. The strength evaluation of each component was conducted by stress classification.
