红松子种皮中多酚成分的分离纯化研究

摘    要:研究AB-8大孔树脂对红松子种皮中多酚成分的吸附特性,通过静态吸附及动态吸附试验,确定适合于红松子种皮多酚分离纯化的条件。结果显示,提取物样品液浓度为1.5mg/mL,进样速度为2.0BV/h,以30%乙醇作为洗脱剂,洗脱速度为1.5BV/h,红松子种皮多酚纯度可达70.2%。

Abstract:By studying the characteristics on adsorbing polyphenol from Pinus koraiensis seed with AB-8 resin, the optimum conditions for separating and purifying polyphenol were obtained.By static adsorption and dynamic adsorption tests to determine the appropriate separation and purification of polyphenol from Pinus koraiensis seed.
