| 摘 要： | 介绍了认知无线电的基本思想，分析了当前军事通信频谱管理由于其静态管理模式和较低的自适应能力所带来的局限性，探讨了未来军事通信频谱管理的发展方向，提出了一种引入认知无线电概念的频谱管理模式，并分析了这一新的管理模式所带来的好处。该模式的主要特点包括：动态频谱管理、监控装备与通信装备的融合、集中管理与分布式管理相结合等。最后，分析了目前需要解决的技术难题。 |
