摘    要:二滩水电站水轮机模型的最高效率为94.46%,根据模型预期的水轮机真机最高效率为96.14%,模型主要指标均达到合同要求。真机的部分稳定性试验表明,机组存在较宽的水力振动区;在非水力振动区,尤其是500MW以上的高负荷区,机组运行稳定性良好。6号机组在163m水头下振动区为220~320MW,在173m水头下为200~360MW,5号机组在173m水头下振动区为150~400MW,4号机组在196

Abstract:The maximum efficiency of model turbine for Ertan Hydro Station is 94.46% and that of its real turbine is expected to be 96.14%. The main indexes of the model turbine all meet the requirements of the Contract. The stability test on real turbine showed that the generating unit has a wide hydraulic vibration area. Outside the hydraulic vibration area, especially in high load area of over 500 MW, the operation stability of the generating unit is good. The vibration area of No.6 generating unit is 220~ 360 MW under the water head of 163 m and 200~360 MW under that of 173 m. The vibration area of No.5 generating unit is 150~400 MW under the water head of 173m, that of No.4 generating unit is 220~400 MW under the water head of 169.5 m, and that of No.3 generating unit is 200~420 MW under the water head of 179.7 m. How to take effective measures to improve or avoid the hydraulic vibration area at present in order to enhance the operating quality, safety and stability of the hydrogenerating units of Ertan Hydro Station is still an important study subject.
