| 摘 要： | 针对一起500kV断路器合闸未成功故障的原因进行分析,通过对操动机构零部件检测、挚子元件间隙检查等方法逐步分析造成合闸闭锁原因,得出合闸挚子在间隙调节不当情况下,可能因冲击而导致脱扣,并经试验论证了这种可能性。该案例可为设备监造、现场安装及运行维护人员提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | According to a fault analysis of 500 kV circuit breaker unsuccessful switch on,the parts and the peg clearance of the breaker's operation device were examined and analyzed,The conclusion was got that the closing peg with inappropriate clearance maybe strip because of concussion. The experimentation has been done to prove the possibility and some suggestions are proposed to provide a reference to users and operators. |
